Almendra, Almond, mondy

Hi my dear friends
this is the last time that I wrote in my blog, and now I'm going to talk about my lovely pet.
His name is Almendra Lechuga Esmeralda Pacheco Pacheco, but of course that when we called her its just Almendra or Mondy. his race is ''quiltro'' but she is a fancy dog!
A friend mine was walking  in the street and she found a little dog - almendra-. She save it and picked, in the way of his home, she remember that can't stay with the little dog, so she go to my house. I was surprised whe I saw her with a little dog but definitely I loved it. I was worried if my mom did not give me permission to stay with the little dog. But when my mom saw it, fall in love too. And fortunately we stay with Mondy. Days before we discover that had scabies, we began treatment and from there she's a healthy dog.
Now she have nine years, she's very crazy, but recently she sleep a lot, maybe is the age. She love sleep with me or my mom in our bed. Thats all, I just hope that she never died.

contact improvisation

Hi friends !
this time i'm going to talking about my favourite subject on this semester. It is called is Contact improvisation...
Also know it like Contact. It's a very beautiful dance and it's about contact with other person. When we do that, we have to be very attentive to the other person and  try to keep in touch all the time. It's about a dance transfer bodyweight. We have to balance the weight of our body with another body. It's very interesting !!
To integrate this technique, we have to practice a lot, and always connect the center of our body, and then project with it, give a direction to the other body with our center. It's very neccesary have a space intention, to assert there. Also it's neccesary always have a very good listenning, and make a relation with the other person.
I love this subject because I think that always be in exploration space but with another person. Toguether create an own lenguage, it's like speak, but with the body. Everything it is a improvisation so you inside to space with so much attention, sometimes you act with your instinct and it's amazing all the things start to appear. 

Pina Baush

I'm going to write about an expert on my field and I chose Pina Baush
She was born in 1940 in Germany. She was an excellent choreographer and dancer and she re-awaken the spirit of the expressionist dancing. She created a new style of dancing based in emotions and sensations of the performers. Is the pioneer of the theatrical dancing. Nowadays she's the main inspiration for many choreographers in this field. I found out about her when I was 17 years old and when I watched the movie "Pina", about her life. I really got inspired by it and it caught my eye the fact that she created a type of dancing that is not empty and it speaks by itself.

my lovely weekend

This time i'm going to write about my weekend. First i think that it's very necessary to have a weekend even it could be more days than two. Always I'm so tired these days, because week always are so intense.
The first day of my weekends I tried to sleep a lot to recover my energy because during the week I use it a lot. In Saturday afternoon I go to afro dance rehearsal with my afrofriends, I like this moment. Then I do something with friends at night.
On Sundays I usually spend time with my family at my father's place and our perfect plan, with my sisters Paloma and Javiera, is watching Netflix and having a snack.  Also, we play with my little brother, Pascual. He's obsessed with "The Smurfs" and he likes to act, so my role is always "Smurfette", I don't know much about it but I follow his directions. Then, when it's getting late, my father drives us home, it's a very long trip because he lives in La Reina and we live in Toesca. In the car, we listen to tropical music and we discuss about or lives or anything that's going on with the world. When we arrived home, with Paloma, I put on my pijamas and begin to get ready for the University and after that, I get into my bed and read something and now I'm ready to fall asleep.
That's what I do most of my weekends. Just relax and spend some quality time with the ones who I love the most.  That's it my friends!

a great moment

This picture make to remember me an a very good momento that i spend in a travel to Perú. Maybe is not the best quality, but definitely it has been one of the best experiences i've had in my life.
This photo was taken moments before began our dance, in the context of CARNAVAL NEGRO at El carmen, Chincha, its a very interesting celebration that happens every year in february. The last summer i was there and i like it so much than i'm back to there in August and i think that i'm come back next summer. I'm in love of afroperuvian culture, and in this place afroperuvian population is concentrated. When i was there i meet the people of there.. and i try to take class with womans of there. They are so generous, and they teach their dance. This picture was taken for Maria Ballumbrosio, a very good teacher and dancer of there. She give us the oportunity to dance in the stage with his coreography. Some people of this photo are chilean an the other of Argentina. All girls that go to learn a little of this lovely place. All of us was so exciting to dance for that reason we decide take this picture with a celphone. We danced FESTEJO, a very fun dance of there. I hope you like the history, and i really recommend you to go to live a little of CARNAVAL NEGRO in Chincha, Perú, its so fun !
